Jonas Carvalho, CGA
Wagner Monteiro, PhD
Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP-FGV) with a focus on Finance. Studied Corporate Finance and Security Analysis at Columbia University in New York. At the São Paulo School of Law (FGV-Law), Jonas is a postgraduate student in Wealth and Succession Planning Management.
Founding partner of Hike, Jonas also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the investment banking team, at Geo Capital in the investment team, and is a founding associate of ABCVM (Brazilian Association of Securities Consultants).
Wagner Monteiro, PhD
Ph.D. in Administration with a focus on Finance at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Master’s degree in Business Economics from the São Paulo School of Economics (EESP-FGV) and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Centro Universitário Álvares Penteado.
Parnter and macroeconomic advisor, Wagner has also worked as a professor in the Undergraduate Business Administration program at the São Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EAESP), the Undergraduate program at the São Paulo School of Economics at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EESP), Master in Banking, Financial Institutions and Economics (CEBANKING), Master in Economics and Management (CEEM). He also served as Deputy Coordinator of the Center for Quantitative Studies in Economics and Finance (CEQEF) and Researcher at the Center for Applied Macroeconomics (CEMAP) at the São Paulo School of Economics at FGV.

The fee-based only model, or single administration fee, is a model in which the client directly compensates the advisor and the advisor does not receive commissions from financial investment products, eliminating any potential conflicts of interest. In certain partnerships, 100% of commissions are refunded to the client.
